Written quotation

Contract
Scope, start and handover dates, materials and guarantee in a single document. The contract is also provided in your language.
Scheduling
The team is assigned, materials are procured and you are given a start date.
Delivery and supervision
We supervise on site, record progress in photographs and keep you informed.
Handover and guarantee
We walk through the checklist with you and hand over the job file and guarantee document. A follow-up call comes afterwards.

You deal with the company
The team carrying out the work is our supplier. The party under contract with you and responsible for the job is Ustam Fethiye.
The price holds unless the scope changes
Once the quotation is accepted, the price is fixed unless you ask for something different or something appears that could not be seen at the survey. In that case: information first, then your approval, then the work.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind the work we hand over. The guarantee period and its scope depend on the service and are written into the contract.
Site discipline
The working area is tidied every day, cleaned properly on completion and all waste removed.
Pricing is determined by the definition, location and scope of the work.
