How we work

Do you need a site visit for cleaning?
For small and standard jobs, a short conversation and photos can be enough to settle the scope. For large villas or post-renovation work we need to see the property.
Can you clean my holiday let between guests?
Yes. Cleaning is planned around your check-in and check-out calendar, and the house is prepared for the next guests.
Who supplies the cleaning products?
Usually the crew brings its own; the products used are stated in the agreement. If you prefer your own products, they can be used.
Can the cleaning be done while the house is empty?
Yes. The key is taken over against a written record and a photo report is sent once the job is done.
Do you offer regular cleaning?
Yes, as a one-off job or a regular programme. For owners who are away, cleaning can be included in the Home Care Plan.
